A Now Relevant Report

Lord Guardian Fracture, this is the Fire reporting in.

This information was not relevant enough to grant public disclosure status before but given new information provided to us from the blogger 'Lils', I think it's safe to say Picasso was involved.

On January 7th, the night Picasso apparently escaped our siege at Hope, some 12 hollows and 3 supervising masks encountered and engaged an unknown target trying to leave the city Hope is located in. Of those who engaged the target, 8 of the hollows and 2 of the masks met a violent end.

Given our new conformation of when Picasso escaped hope, she is all but confirmed to have been involved and was likely the original target they engaged.

Inspection of who did and did not die as a result of the engagement reveals further detail. The original 5 who engaged her all survived their encounter with mild burns and a few concussions. This implies Moth was present in the fight or Picasso would have surely killed all 5 as Moth shows mercy to hollows and Picasso doesn't.

We can not say for sure exactly when the 10 reinforcements arrived to join the engagement but the completely different manner in which they were dealt with implies they may have arrived after the original 5 that engaged Picasso had already been dealt with.

The completely different manner they were dealt with also implies the involvement of an unknown third party. These 10 were cut down in three different ways. The first few appear to have ax wounds, most likely Picasso's hatchets. The second method is by knife, most likely by the third party as while Picasso and Moth both have knives neither has made a point of using them. The third method confirms third party involvement where it had been speculative before. Someone with credible strength snapped the backs and necks a few of the reinforcements, something we know to be beyond both Picasso and Moth in active combat when engaged with multiple opponents.

Given our speculation of Moth's involvement and that he more than likely non-lethally brought the first 5 down but the not the 10 reinforcements, it might be assumed that Moth was killed or otherwise knocked unconscious by the reinforcements. Recent activity online would imply that he was merely knocked unconscious.

Of course, this is all speculation. With Picasso out of Hope I am recommending we break our siege of Hope and reallocate resources elsewhere. There are no other targets within Hope worth putting this much time into pursing.

  1. Amusing. The more I learn about this "Fracture" and his employees. The less scared I am. You outnumbered your targets greatly and yet they still escaped and massacred them. Indicative of low competence levels among Fracture's employees.

    1. I'm sorry if the hollows I sent were easily out classed. Suppose next time I'll send a proper hit squad with a sniper.

    2. One who cannot shoot straight no doubt. Perhaps a cross eyed one. Unlikely that you have any competent professionals amongst the rabble.
